According to media reports, Israel rejected a US request to allow the transfer of its technology and weapons to Ukraine, arguing that the country would only supply nonlethal equipment.,Biden is traveling to the Middle East for the first time during his tenure as the US president, with visits to Israel, the West Bank and Saudi Arabia scheduled from July 13-16. Besides Lapid, Biden will meet with United Arab Emirates President Mohammed bin Zayed and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.。     微软最初为存储空间有限的设备设计了CompactOS这个功能，原理是将Windows系统文件以压缩形式存储在硬盘上，支持UEFI和BIOS两种启动模式。         操作方式也很简单：以管理员身份打开命令提示符，运行Compact.exe /CompactOS:query可以查询当前是否已开启压缩，运行Compact.exe /CompactOS:always开启压缩，运行Compact.exe /CompactOS:never则恢复未压缩状态。    微软官方公布的对比数据显示，在一台4GB内存的Windows 10 x64设备上，未开启CompactOS时系统占用约15.06GB，开启后降至约11.3GB，节省约3.7GB。         如果同时启用单实例化，将重复的DLL和资源文件只保留一份物理副本，占用进一步降至约10.09GB，总共节省近5GB。对于256GB甚至128GB小容量SSD的设备来说，这个节省幅度相当可观。    至于性能方面，CompactOS的压缩和解压由CPU在文件读写时实时处理，现代CPU的多核性能和缓存容量足以应对这一开销，日常使用中几乎感知不到性能差异。这也是微软敢于在低性能设备上默认开启该功能的原因。    除了命令行方式，还有第三方工具提供了图形界面，基于相同的NTFS压缩技术，用户选择目标文件夹后设置压缩级别即可，对不熟悉命令行的用户更友好。
