B | “加长版”的三伏天是否更加高温炎热?出伏后“秋老虎”会出现在哪些地方?新华社记者就此采访了中国气象局相关专家。       三伏越长天气越热?        三伏天是一年中气温最高、湿度最大的一段时期。三伏指初伏、中伏、末伏，今年三伏从7月15日开始到8月23日结束。       国家气候中心高级工程师刘远表示，三伏的时段由二十四节气与干支计时的日期配合计算而定，每年30天或40天。最近10年，除2025年是30天之外，其余年份均为40天。

C |        “三伏的长短，与当年气温高低没有因果关系。”刘远说，高温天气的多少和强度，主要受副热带高压、大气环流、台风及地形等因素影响。

D | 三伏天较长，只意味着伏期跨度较大，并不能据此判断高温天气一定更多。       今年是否更热?        高温是阶段性天气过程，并非三伏为40天就更加炎热。不过，今年三伏期间，受厄尔尼诺事件等多种因素影响，气温整体确实较常年偏高，高温天数有所增多，北方地区高温极端性突出。       国家气候中心监测显示，今年三伏期间，全国平均高温天数为6.1天，较常年同期的4.4天多出1.7天。

E | 其中，辽宁高温天数为1961年以来第二多，天津、新疆、内蒙古均为1961年以来第三多。       监测同时显示，三伏天高温集中在三大区域：新疆及内蒙古西部、四川盆地、长江中下游至江南一带。       刘远表示，三伏天期间，北方地区高温极端性突出，全国有50个国家气象站日最高气温达到或突破历史极值，主要分布在新疆、甘肃、山东、吉林、辽宁等5个省份。       处暑到入秋有多久?        8月23日是二十四节气中的处暑，也是末伏的最后一天。处暑意为暑气渐退、秋意将至。       处暑和出伏，我国有些地方的天气由盛夏闷热转向清秋凉爽。

F | 但是，秋天的第一个节气立秋和第二个节气处暑，均不能算“入秋”。按照气候季节划分标准，一地连续5天日平均气温稳定降至22℃及以下，为气象学上的“入秋”。       处暑到入秋需要多久?各地有所不同。

G | 北京市气象局分析北京观象台1961年至2025年间处暑日和气候入秋日的气温观测数据后发现，每年处暑后平均仍有近8天的气温高于30℃，距离稳定入秋平均要再等待16天，且这个过渡期在不断拉长，越靠近距今近的年份，等待秋凉的时间越长。夏季延长、秋季推迟，已成为北京乃至华北地区气候变化的显著特征。

H |        哪里会出现“秋老虎”?        出伏不等于暑消，三伏虽已过去，“秋老虎”依然会在一些地方出现。

I | 气象上说的“秋老虎”，指立秋或处暑后短期回热的天气现象，主要出现在处暑节气后，多出现在8月底至9月。       我国地域广大，南北方出伏后的降温节奏各不相同。中央气象台首席预报员陈双预计，出伏后，四川盆地、江汉等地将有高温天气出现，上述地区仍需关注“秋老虎”天气。       陈双表示，四川盆地的高温天气仍将持续，预计到27日前后有所缓解。与此同时，江汉、江南的高温天气有所发展，其余大部地区无明显高温天气。       专家提醒，出伏后相关地区仍需注意防暑，同时随着昼夜温差加大，注意及时增减衣物，平稳度过夏秋转换期。
